These "feel good" wonders do more than serve as a nice centerpiece or elegant fragrance. In fact, when their individual characters are understood, herbs/plants can be a game changer in your wellness journey.
Within your wellness consultation you can request herbal support as a part of your individual plan. As a studying clinical herbalist I utilize whole plants in various forms, such as teas, tinctures, and topical applications such as salves, to support the body’s healing process​.
